Responsible handling and processing of raw materials
The new EU Chemicals Directive 1907/2006 for the registration, evaluation, approval and restriction of chemical substances known as REACH requires producers and importers to register all chemical substances. Unvulcanized rubber compounds are however not subject to registration.
All raw materials processed by KRAIBURG are evaluated for conformity with the REACH requirements. Harmful substances are identified and eliminated. Where available, KRAIBURG uses only harmless substances. This ensures the sustainable production of our compounds.
