NR-Compounds with extremely high tear resistance

KRAIBURG has significantly improved the standard properties of colour NR-Compounds.

The new TR-NR-Compounds (Tear-Resistant Natural Rubber) exceed the already good tearing characteristics from standard NR-Compounds up to extreme ranges.

NR-TR-Compounds show their large advantages where cuts and break-off would lead to prematurely fails of the rubber part.

Applications

• Application temperatures between -40°C and +70°C
• Elastic rolls/wheels that must withstand high stress
• Sports and outdoor products (rollskis, walking pads, inline skates, trekking shoe soles)
• Conveyor belts (for use in quarries, mining, gravel pits)
• Agricultural machinery (potato harvesters)
